We have eight flats available for our guests.
The first house, named San Maurizio, has four 2-rooms flats and one 3-rooms flat, with two double rooms and double private facilities. The 3-rooms flat and two 2-rooms flat are on the ground floor, while the remaining two flats are on the first floor.
Each kitchen is completely furnished and the kitchen area has dishes, utensils and linen. Each apartment has a satellite tv-color.
Flats on the first floor have their own private terrace, furnished with table and chairs. On the ground floor, guests can use a veranda or a gazebo, which are furnished as well.
Bedrooms are wide and furnished with wrought iron double bed and an old styled cupboard. Linen, sheets and blankets are available for guests and they are included in the price.
San Maurizio overlook a wide green lawn, with trees and flowers and a small playground or children. In the garden you can see some old tools farmers used in the fields to cut and turn hay upside down or plough together with a barbeque.
All around the farm house a high hedge of laurel assures discretion and quietness for guests and make the children can play outdoors safe.
